Autopark
Description: RIW Autopark is a protective coating typically used as a protect asphalt surfaces against the effects of UV light and fuel/chemical spillages. Available in a range of colours (Black, red, green & white) it also provides a colour fast decorative finish.
Typical Uses: Car Parks, Balconies, Plant rooms, Cycleways, Footpaths, Walkways, Tennis Courts.
Features & Benefits: Quick and easy to install, Fast cure, UV resistant, Compatible with Asphalt surfaces, Resistant to fuel/chemical spillages, Unaffected by ponding water, Unaffected freeze/thaw cycles, Range of colours available.
Cavity Drain
Description: RIW Cavity Drain is an internal tanking drainage system used to collect water entering the basements and sub-structures and channel it to a sump or collection point for disposal.
Typical Uses: Basements, Sub-structures, Retaining walls.
Cementseal
Description: Cementseal is a two component polymer modified cementitious slurry coating for waterproofing concrete and masonry.
Typical Uses: Cementseal is used to prevent water ingress into basements, cellars and other below ground structures. It can also be used for temporary waterproofing in new construction, to protect from water ingress prior to weatherproofing of the structure.
Cementflex
Description: Cementflex is a two component, cementitious modified, polymer rich coating with excellent adhesion to prepared concrete and masonry substrates. When mixed, it exhibits a good degree of thixotropy to enable ease of application by brush or spray techniques to give an even finish with no sagging even in vertical situations. It hydrates to form a durable, highly alkaline, permanently elastomeric coating which not only protects the concrete, or other substrates, from water penetration and carbon dioxide diffusion, but also accommodates movement in cracks. The elastomeric coating maintains its flexibility under permanent immersion and when exposed externally.
Typical Uses: Cementflex is ideally suited for waterproofing and protecting concrete and masonry structures which exhibit cracking, and where further movement is expected. Typical applications include preventing water ingress into basements, cellars and other below ground structures. The product can also be used for sealing water tanks, waterproofing of exposed or buried roofs, and as a crack isolation membrane on concrete floors or screeds.
Cementfill-FC
Description: Cementfill-FC is a single component, thixotropic, polymer modified, cementitious repair mortar with high adhesive properties. It incorporates the most advanced microsilica, polymer and fibre technology, curing to provide high waterproofing properties, excellent protection from acid gases, chlorides and freeze / thaw cycles as well as enhanced chemical resistance.
Typical Uses: Cementfill-FC is a fully waterproof, engineering quality fairing coat for filling minor blow holes and defects, and for repairing surface cavities and honeycombed concrete. Thin screed applications can be used to waterproof and / or level both vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces.
Cementfill-HB
Description: Cementfill-HB is a single component cementitious mortar which incorporates the most advanced cement chemistry, microsilica, fibre and styrene acrylic copolymer technology. This results in a rapid hardening, low density, high strength mortar with enhanced polymer properties. The thixotropic, shrinkage compensated nature of the product enables easy high build trowel applications.
Typical Uses: Cementfill-HB is waterproof mortar for the structural repair, rendering and profiling of vertical, horizontal and overhead surfaces. The product is also used to provide 'fillets' at internal corners prior to application of other RIW Limited membranes.
Cementjoint
Description: Cementjoint is an advanced, elastomeric, highly tear resistant, breathable, waterproof composite tape.
Typical Uses: When embedded in the Cementseal or Cementflex materials, it gives a highly flexible, impermeable seal over 'live' cracks and expansion / construction joints.
Double Drain
Description: RIW Double Drain is an impermeable high density polyethylene profiled sheet incorporating a permeable geotextile filter fabric designed to prevent ground water reaching a structure, protect and enhance the performance of the waterproof membranes.
Typical Uses: External Tanking, Retaining Walls, Podium Decks, Planters.
Flexiseal
Description: RIW Flexiseal is a two coat, seamless and fully bonded liquid applied waterproof coating based on polyurethane resins.
Typical Uses: External Tanking, Internal Tanking, Ground Floor DPM, Podium Decks Balconies, Lift Pits, Retaining Walls, Planters.
Heviseal
Description: RIW Heviseal is a two coat cold applied bitumen based coating filled with fibres and minerals which dries to form a uniform UV resistant and waterproof coating.
Typical Uses: Superstructures, Flat roofs, Gutters, Parapet walls, Plinths, Non-potable water storage tanks, Ponds, Planters.
LAC
Description: RIW LAC is a two coat, cold applied bitumen based damp proof membrane, which dries to a uniform gloss black finish.
Typical Uses: Basement tanking (External & Internal), Retaining walls, Ground floor, DPM, Superstructure, Vapour barrier behind cladding, Vapour barrier, behind plaster, Radon Barrier.
Plaster Drain
Description: RIW Plasterdrain is an internal tanking drainage system manufactured from clear high density polyethylene with 5mm undercut studs in a dovetail shape which forms the key for plaster and render finishes in above & below ground situations.
Typical Uses: Basements, Sub-structures, Internal vapour barrier.
Features & Benefits: Easy to install to most substrates, Applied to concrete & masonry, High drainage capacity, Can be applied to wet substrates, Complete water and water vapour barrier, Chemically resistant.
Protection Board
Description: A tough, flexible bitumen impregnated fibre board.
Typical Uses: Primary membrane Protection.
Sheetseal 226
Description: RIW Sheetseal 226 is a cold applied, high density polyethylene film, coated with a bitumen/rubber self adhesive layer with a removable reinforced silicone paper.
Typical Uses: External Tanking, Internal Tanking, DPM, Retaining Wall, Gas/Radon Resistant.
Sheetseal 9000
Description: RIW Sheetseal 9000 is a high quality Polymeric DPC.
Typical Uses: Horizontal bed joints, Vertical jamb DPC, Horizontal Cavity Trays, Lintel Trays, Sill Trays, Parapet Trays.
Sheetseal GR
Description: RIW Sheetseal GR is a cold applied, high density polyethylene film bonded to aluminium foil and coated with a bitumen/rubber self adhesive layer with a removable reinforced silicone release paper.
Typical Uses: Where methane is present in the gorund, Basement tanking (External & Internal), Retaining walls, Ground floor DPM.
Solaflect
Description: RIW Solaflect is a range of solar reflective coatings for roof structures. Available in three colours (white, grey & green) RIW Sloaflect lessens the heat build-up in the roof structure, reduces thermal movement and associated stresses prolonging the effective life of the roof. The reduction in overall roof temperatures provides a passive air conditioning effect so reducing energy consumption. The coatings also reduce the effects of industrial and environmental contamination on the roof membrane. Suitable for application to Mastic Asphalt, Bituminous felts, Bituminous coatings, Single ply membranes, Fibrous cement & Metal decking.
Typical Uses: Solar reflective coating to roof structures.

Structureseal
Description: RIW Structureseal is waterproofing composite of high swelling Sodium Bentonite encapsulated between a non-woven and woven geotextile. When confined under pressure within a structure the swelling is controlled, forming a dense, monolithic, impervious waterproofing membrane.
Typical Uses: Basement tanking, Sub-structures, Boundary line construction, Retaining walls, Under slab ground floor DPM.
Granules
Description: RIW Granules are chemically treated sodium bentonite granules, which are used as a detailing accessory product with the RIW Structureseal system.
Typical Uses: Fillet material, Flashing material, Repair material, Sealing material, Trowel-grade material.
Sealing Compound
Description: RIW Sealing Compound is a trowel-grade, sodium bentonite / butyl-rubber based sealant, designed for a variety of surface preparation and waterproofing detail work, for use with the RIW Structureseal system.
Typical Uses: Fillet material, Flashing material, Repair material, Sealing material, Trowel-grade material.
Tilesafe
Description: RIW Tilesafe comprises of a self-adhesive, cold applied, waterproof membrane which consists of a thick rubberised waterproof layer, incorporating a woven glass fibre on one side designed to prevent water penetrations through ceramic tiles in wet areas.
Uses: Wet rooms, Bathrooms, Shower rooms, Changing rooms, Kitchens.
Toughseal
Description: RIW Toughseal is a solvent free colour coded waterproof coating based on epoxy resins.
Uses: Raised access floors, Ground floor DPM, Plant rooms, Bunded areas, Changing rooms, Shower rooms, Swimming pools.
Waterstop
Description: RIW Waterstop is a sodium bentonite based material, designed to stop water infiltration through insitu concrete construction joints.
Typical Uses: Construction joints within reinforced concrete, Puddle flange around through-wall services
Features & Benefits: Swells in contact with water, Impermeable barrier to water, Tolerant to inclement weather applications, Resists 70m head of hydrostatic water pressure, Easy to install.
