London to Brighton Bike Ride
2007
On Sunday
17th June a team of keen cyclists from RIW
and sister company, Alfa Chemicals, took part in this
year’s London to Brighton Bike Ride. Organised
by the British Heart Foundation, the annual bike ride
is a very popular fundraising event which this year
attracted over 27,000 cyclists of varying abilities.
The team included RIW’s Bob Burgess,
Martin Radford and Adam Jervis.
Each of the participants completed the gruelling 54
mile course from Clapham to Brighton, raising a total
of over £1,000 for the British Heart Foundation.
Congratulations to the team for their hard work and
success and thank you to everyone who has made a generous
sponsorship pledge.
