“Expanding
The Comfort Zone”

The RIW Technical
Sales Team have been attending the first in a series
of topical training sessions arranged with specialist
consultants and contractors, designed to expand the
teams comfort zone, knowledge and expertise.
Experts in DPC/Cavity Tray Systems
& Cavity Drain Systems were invited to RIW’s
head office in Binfield to present a seminar, based
on an agenda formally agreed with RIW.
This proved very informative and was
followed by a question and answer session, that provided
the RIW Technical Sales Team (Andrew
Clemmet (North), Mark Anstee (Central
London), John Clucas (South London
and South East), and Adam Jervis (North
London & Midlands) an opportunity to seek
answers to those challenging questions, often thrown
at them by Architects and other specifiers on a regular
basis.
Also in attendance for all of the training
presentation were RIW's Technical Manager
David Kingsnorth and Commercial Manager Bob Burgess.
These seminars are the first stage
of a program of continual development in-house training
days, which reinforce our commitment to providing the
best possible service to our customers.
