RIW Ltd have introduced a new high performance water-based Anti-Carbonation and decorative coating, which not only provides protection against carbonation, the coating also prevents water ingress without trapping moisture within damp substrates

RIW Repel an economic solution for the treatment of buildings and other structures where added protection and improved aesthetics are required. To inhibit the growth of mould and lichen, it contains an active fungicide which is retained in-film throughout the life of the coating. Elastomeric properties facilitate movement in the substrate and bridging of hairline cracks to give a long service life. Adhesion is excellent to mineral substrates and other commonly encountered building substrates.

RIW Repel AC is available in a range of attractive shades, which cure to a pleasing low sheen finish.

RIW Repel AC provides protection against carbonation and water ingress without trapping moisture within damp substrates. The fast drying nature allows year round use and two coat applications can usually be undertaken during one working day. RIW Repel AC resists the growth of mould and fungi, making it an ideal low maintenance coating for internal use, as well as for the external decorative protection of facades and soffits.
