Access to and use of our Web Site ("the Site") and
access to the services provided through the Site is
governed by the terms and conditions of use set out
below.

This Site is owned by RIW Limited (“RIW”),
a company incorporated in and operating under the laws
of England and Wales.
RIW may at any time revise these terms and conditions
by updating this Site. On each occasion that you visit
this site, therefore, you are advised to review the
terms and conditions, as these will govern any contract
that is made at any time after such terms and conditions
have been posted to the site.

1 Disclaimer
1.1 RIW's relationship with you is as a user of this
site and as a company or individual who may wish to
purchase products or services offered by RIW. There
will be no contractual relationship arising between
you and RIW out of any arrangement to introduce third
parties who may or may not proceed with the purchase
of products or services from RIW.
1.2 RIW assumes no responsibility and shall not be held
liable for any damages to or viruses that may infect
your computer equipment or other property on account
of your access to, use of or browsing in the Site or
your downloading of any materials, data, text, images,
video, or audio material from the Site. All such documents
and related graphics are provided, and such products
(where ordered) are accepted by you on an "as-is
basis". Your statutory consumer rights are not
affected.
1.3 Although using the latest encrypted security software
from a market leader, the security of information transmitted
by the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Any losses incurred
or sustained by users who transmit information by means
of e-mail or other Internet links will be borne solely
and exclusively by such user and in no event will any
such losses in whole or part be borne by RIW.

the Site are trademarks or trade names of their respective
holders. No permission is given in respect of the use
of any of the above and moreover any such use may constitute
an infringement of the holders' rights.

source about RIW and its products and services to interested
parties.

being held up and not presented when requested. RIW
shall not be liable to you for any loss or damages that
you may suffer as a result of such errors, omissions,

statutory rights as a consumer or will exclude or restrict
RIW's liability for personal injury or death arising
out of the negligence of RIW.
2 Materials You Provide To Us
If you send requests, questions, data, graphics, suggestions
or remarks via email, or via the feedback facility on
this Site, these will be deemed to be non-confidential
and we will be entitled to use or disclose this information
in any manner whatsoever, without liability or notice
to you. Furthermore, RIW shall be free to use any such
information for any purpose whatsoever including but
not limited to, developing products and services for
sale using such information subject only to our privacy
policy set out in clause 5 below. Feedback, submissions,
or any other information you send to the Site should
not be, or contain material that is offensive, pornographic,
defamatory, blasphemous, unlawful or likely to infringe
any applicable law. You agree that all material submitted
to us is original to you, and not copied in whole or
part from any third party. Please do not send anything
which is required to be kept confidential or which you
do not wish us to use.

3.1 We are not responsible for the content, Terms and
Conditions of Use, or Privacy Policy of any other sites
linked to this Site. These links are not endorsements
of those sites but rather additional resources for visitors
to our site. If you link to any off-site pages or other
sites, such action will be at your own risk.
3.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to the whole of
the Site designated www.riw.co.uk. Some pages may contain
additional Terms and Conditions. These pages are to
be treated as off-site pages or linked sites and the
disclaimer contained in clause 3.1 applies to them.

set out there before relying on it and to seek clarification
or further details as you may require from the relevant
service provider.

to print in hard copy portions of the Site for the sole
purpose of making a future purchase or informational
appointment through the Site or using the Site to obtain
information on products and services available through
RIW. Any other use of materials on this Site, including
reproduction for purposes other than those noted above,
or any modification, distribution, or reproduction thereof
without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
5 Privacy Policy
5.1 At RIW we are committed to protecting your privacy
and to full compliance with the Privacy and Electronic
Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as available
in full from The Information Commissioner’s Office
website (www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk).
5.2 When you make a request for information or assistance
through the Site, we ask you to provide details about
yourself and your company. We need to know your name,
company details, location, position, phone number and
email address. This allows us to process your request
more effectively and efficiently. We do not sell, transmit
or pass on any of your details to any third party company.
The only exception being the venue owner who will require
the names of seminar or event attendees for insurance
and fire safety purposes.
By registering as a user of the Site, you automatically
agree to receive our electronic newsletter which is
transmitted approximately quarterly by email. You may
opt-out of this regular communication via the ‘Unsubscribe’
function at the bottom of the email or by emailing unsubscribe@riw.co.uk.
6 Documentation
We reserve the right to supply all documentation for
all information requests/follow-ups in electronic format
and to deliver such documentation via e-mail.
7 General
7 .1 The products and services available through this
Site are sold primarily in the United Kingdom.
7 .2 If any part or parts of these terms and conditions
are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, then that
part or those parts will be considered severable from
these terms and conditions thereby not preventing the
remainder from being enforceable or effective.
7.3 These terms and conditions may be revised at any
time and we reserve the right to do so.
