When you make a request for information or assistance through the Site, we ask you to provide details about yourself and your company. We need to know your name, company details, location, position, phone number and email address. This allows us to process your request more effectively and efficiently. We do not sell, transmit or pass on any of your details to any third party company. The only exception being the venue owner who will require the names of seminar or event attendees for insurance and fire safety purposes.

By registering as a user of the Site, you automatically agree to receive our electronic newsletter which is transmitted approximately quarterly by email. You may opt-out of this regular communication via the ‘Unsubscribe’ function at the bottom of the email or by emailing unsubscribe@riw.co.uk.
