Water damage to structures caused by plumbing leaks,
accidental flooding, spillages etc. is common, but often
avoidable. It is prudent to apply a waterproof coating
behind finishes in potentially wet areas to protect
sensitive surrounding areas on the same or lower floors.
For concrete or masonry construction, RIW Toughseal, blinded with RIW Grade 1 Aggregate, will provide a completely waterproof coating together with a ‘key’ for ceramic tiles, plaster, render and self levelling floor coverings.

Tilesafe is a self-adhesive sheet membrane for wet
areas, etc., where modular forms of construction are
used, such as plywood, plasterboard and chipboard.
RIW Tilesafe will accommodate the differential movement
